I need my items quickly. 7 DAY INVOICE PAYMENT TERMS (Please read Carefully)
1, Orders made over the phone for Workwear or any garments that need to be ordered from our supplier will be invoiced and placed on 7 day payment terms. This applies for new all companies and General orders dealing with Deni Workwear & Uniforms.
2, Once payment is received (the quicker the better), the orders will be placed. The stock will be ordered in from our supplier, if embroidery is needed as per your order it will be done by myself and sent to you in a timely fashion. If the items are in stock same will apply. Unfortunately, if payment isn't received within the 7 days, the invoice will be cancelled and no stock ordered. We don't want to be holding onto stock because of cancelation or no payment made after a logo has been put on. we cannot be holding onto decorated items that cannot be sent back to the supplier. its just not ethical.
As a sole operator, this business needs to run smoothly and not delay the work I do because this affects the operations of our quick turnaround. We certainly don't want to have embroidered items that cannot be resold and we don't want to be chasing overdue invoices anymore for months on end. that's why the 7 days terms works extremely well.

I like your designs but I’m after something a little different, can you help?

Yes, we have over 30,000 designs and technology to create more, email us or pop onto our live chat to speak with our designers. We can send you a few over the chat website for you to browse or work with you to create or find one you like.

Shipping Time

will vary, depending on your location and the specific products ordered especially if you require embroidery.  Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.  If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order.

I want to put lots of text on my design is this possible?

Lots of texts on a product with a picture can sometimes cause the item to pull in taking away the quality of the blanket, it’s best if you are planning to use a picture to keep your text to a minimum. A great idea for lots of text is to use our TEXT BLOCK designs with a small picture to get all your details onto your product. These can be found under our designs page.

 How do I know what my designed product will look like?

You are very welcome to request a proof of your design. Please as for one in the notes section when you checkout. We will email a design proof to you and will not make or ship your product until you are 100% happy with the design and you have confirmed via email or online support.

How do I send my Logo through?
When adding your embroidery using the add embroidery option method,  Alternatively you can us a copy of your logo at info@deniworkwear.com.au If e-mailing your logo file, please state your order number in the subject heading.

 Can I cancel my Order?

As soon as you press send to submit your order it is sent straight to our Production Facility. Within 24 hours your order is being put together. Within 48 hours it is nearly impossible to make any changes. Therefore, we suggest you check your order carefully for accuracy at time of purchase. If requested at time of your order, we will send you a digitised version of your blanket via email within 24 hours, please review carefully before sending back your approval. please note embroidered items will not be refunded.

 When can I expect my delivery?

While we endeavour to get your item made within 3 days The majority of orders are dispatched from our warehouses within 3 days .We estimate your order will be delivered to Capital Cities between 5–10 business days or 7–12 business days for other areas.

 How is my order shipped?

WishyWorld uses Australia Post to ship its products. We refrain from using excessive materials when packaging your order so we are able to offer our Australian and International customers shipping at a very low cost. We used prepaid satchels from Australia Post.

 Do you offer a reduce postage for multiple items?

Yes we can depending on how many items you purchase. As we use prepaid AusPost Satchels we will endeavour to pack your items to ensure the least amount of postage costs to our customers.

 I need a product urgently for a special occasion! Can you help me out?

We take 3-5 days to custom make all orders before they are shipped. However, if you request a rush order we will try our best to help you. There may be times we can get an order to you quickly.

To see if we are able to help, please send us an email and let us know about your deadline before placing your order.

Fading or shrinkage?

Our blankets will fade if left it the sun too long, please take note of the care label attached to your item.

 If I don’t like it can I send it back?

We ask that you review your design and items carefully before checkout. If required please request a design proof to be sent to you via email at checkout. If for any particular reason your item does not match your reviewed item or design proof, once you have received it, please contact us to discuss. We can not refund if you simply change your mind.

 Maximum size to embroider

At this present time, we can embroider pics 4x4in and 180cmx130cm and 20cm x 30cm

Do I need to wash my blanket or items

Whilst all our blankets are washed and cleaned prior to delivery, we recommend you washing your blanket prior to use to avoid remove any stabilisers that may have been left behind. Our other hand created items shouldn’t require washing before use. It is important to also wash your item in your own detergent that you know is suited to you and/or your family.

 Can I gift wrap my item? And personalise gift tag

Yes we can, there is an option on your product to select if this is a gift.

Direct deposit – however we cannot commence embroidering your item until payment is cleared.
